- Brief description of the project, purpose of the pictures
- Preliminary sketches, PDF's of the project
- Number of images required and their position (interior, exterior, bird's eye view, detail)
- Planned submission date
- Surroundings: will a suitable high-resolution photo be made available?
- What image resolution is required?
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT:
- Phase 1: Definition of basic geometry and viewpoints. After basic modeling is done the views for the images are discussed with you. Either there are already fixed ideas or we make suggestions.
- Phase 2: Specification of details and texturing / materials. The furnishing and positioning of the details is finalized. Textures and materials are coordinated and defined.
- Phase 3: High-quality rendering and post-processing. Adjustment of brightness and color.
