Ted is dreaming and in his dream he is lost in a strange place. Help him find a way through the level.
Project setup:
- four weeks
- one person
- Jump & Run, 2D or 2.5D
- assets mainly external (models, textures, sounds)
- focus on programming and game design
- create a functioning prototype level with coherent gameplay mechanics and level design, clear win / loose conditions and the required grafics, sounds and GUI
- getting familiar with basic game creation in Unity 3D
- learning basics in C# programming
- applying concepts of level design and game mechanics
- creating understanding for risks and problem situations occuring in game development
- developing ability to prioritize and plan a project
